CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied, functional and implemented with high intensity for maximum results. Our workouts are scalable to everyone - even those who have never trained! CrossFit is for anybody looking to better themselves with improved fitness. This program is fun, challenging and extremely effective. Our workouts will improve all aspects of your fitness including strength, endurance, stamina, agility, balance, speed, power, flexibility, coordination and accuracy. ALL of our workouts are lead by a coach, who provides training and encouragement. It's the perfect program to get you where you want to be!

YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!


Please  visit our RSVP page and reserve your spot!  We offer First Free class to new CrossFitters at our Allen location on Mondays at 9:00am and Fridays at 6:00pm; at our McKinney location on Tuesdays at 8am and Thursdays at 5pm.   Your first class will be a small group or one on one setting.  Safety is our first priority!  We will go over a basic fitness evaluation,  your fitness goals, and get you aquatinted with Crossfit .380.
